1. General

These terms apply to all products and services offered by Wildtrek Overland. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices listed are in EUR and are exclusive of delivery charges. Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be confirmed before your order is finalised. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding agreement is formed only once we confirm your order and receive payment.

4. Payment

Payment is coordinated directly with our team. We accept bank transfer and other agreed payment methods. No goods will be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Wildtrek Overland is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Cancellation

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Custom or modified orders may not be eligible for return.

7. Warranty

All products come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims must be made directly to Wildtrek Overland with proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wildtrek Overland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
